Days 1-25: 40 mg/day, one tablet after 4-5 hours, a total of 4 tablets per day.

Ultima-Stan 10:
Days 1-25: 40 mg/day, one tablet after 4-5 hours, a total of 4 tablets per day.

Ultima-Nolva:
Days 26, 27, 28: 40 mg every day split into 2 doses (morning and evening).
Days 29-60: 20 mg every day in the morning.

This beginner cycle is almost safe and no side effects should occur.
